What a company!!! Thomas came out and did excellent work. We also saw Orlando and Butch. We had the gunk cleaned out of our blower area and replaced the slimmed out duct work under the house. Spoke to the ladies in the office about getting some maintenance done on my hvac and they didn’t hesitate to take care of me. They set me up with an appointment the very next day and had Sean come out and do the service. Sean came to do a check-up for AC unit purchased last year. A/C is a Goodman-Fall inspection! He is so efficient and the outside unit was cleaned, & checked inside unit. All was fine with everything. I recommend asking for Sean, if he is available. Thanks Sean for a great job.

Melody was great on the phone, explained the process of the maintenance that was free. As well spoke to Taylor after the service was done by Bobbie (who walked me through what needed to be done) to follow up with my experience. Both phone interactions were very nice and professional.

Great service . They did everything on the book what needs to be done, cleaning the unit outside, making sure the temp is the same, literacy taking 44 mins to get the job done. Sean is going to be my guy from now on.

We got to work with Rob, he was very patient and knowledgeable and made the process very simple for us. It was a great company to work with! Uodate: Rob might be nice but the install crew is not. They arrived at the house at 9am, it’s 10:40pm and they still have not finished the install. It’s was a 4 person crew, 2 of them got sent home even tho the install has not been completed. We have 2 guys working right now that don’t seem to know what they are doing. They have been taking smoke breaks and my entire room smells like cigarettes. They got into my mini fridge and helped themselves to my snacks and beverages. This install crew is a mess and they leave a mess. They said it would be completed in a day, we didn’t think it would take 24hrs. At 4:30 pm they said they had 2 hours left. It’s bout to be 11 pm and they still have no estimate of when they will be done. I’m very disappointed and I wouldn’t not hire them again.
The company came to the property, reviewed the project on-site, and provided a quote. Based on that, I mobilized my entire team and scheduled everything for the installation day. Just 30 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a call saying they would not proceed with the service because they had “quoted it incorrectly” and needed to reprice the job. This is unacceptable, especially considering they had already visited the site and I had clearly provided all the necessary details during the quoting process. They left me in a very difficult position, without honoring the agreed price and without taking responsibility for their own mistake. The cost and effort to mobilize a full team for the scheduled work were significant, and now I have to reschedule everything and find another solution. At the very least, they should have honored their original commitment and completed the service at the agreed price.
Don’t like that they make the employees starting on installations around 12-1 pm until late at night. I’m sure they have families to go home too. Especially if one confirmed to me that they wake up early in the morning to be at work by 8AMish and are still in our home around 11PM.
Horrible shady business. Threatening type sales tactics and will sell a unit even when customer doesn’t need. Not the type of people you’d want servicing your home
Continually calls and texts after being told not interested in there services. I did not ask to be contacted by them.
The company is not a reputable company in my opinion, I called them out because my Heater would start making a loud buzzing noise and stop heating. The tech that came out was Great, it was the person he was speaking with on the phone for advise that is not trust worthy. My unit is only 3 years old and they told me the part that I need was "NOT" under warranty and would cost me $1,008.00 and he already took $600.00 off that price. I got another opinion and was told that it "WAS" under warranty and the part would cost me $0.00. I called Jack Rabbit out on it and the person that answered told me to hold and came back and said I was correct is was under warranty...so when were they going to tell me this??? im sure NEVER! He trIed to pin it on the tech but the tech was not the one that priced it out, the tech got the price from the person he was speaking with on the phone at the office that supposedly looked it up. I did pay the Service fee of $119.00. I will never recommend this compay! Advice to ALL, get a second opinion!

While highly recommended, my ac unit was "fixed" for a few hours. Had the tech come out about 3 times within 10 days and the recommendation was to leave it on 24/7 as my unit "works best that way". Its been 30 days and im dying of heat every night, when I made my last call to them for a tech to come out, I was transfered to a manager and was given a cotorra about something else. All I want is my ac back working, if my unit is not one you can fix, please dont take my money. $3800 down the drain.

Jackrabbit Air, Plumbing, and Electric came out to check my AC, and it turned out the condenser was bad. I already suspected it was the condenser, but I wanted a professional diagnosis to make sure the work that needed to be done was correct. They came out and provided a free estimate, and as part of that they did a full diagnostic on the unit and checked everything thoroughly. Sean, the technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be repaired. Because of how detailed and professional the diagnostic was, I went ahead and had them replace the condenser. Even though the condenser repair itself isn’t as complicated as it sounds, I appreciated their honesty, expertise, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Jackrabbit—and especially Sean—to anyone needing AC, plumbing, or electrical work.
