After conducting extensive research on roofing companies in my vicinity, I contacted three distinct companies for a bid. JC&C responded to my inquiry on a Wednesday afternoon, and Christian arrived approximately 5 PM and remained until after 8 PM. During his visit, Christian provided a comprehensive explanation of the roofing replacement process, which solidified my decision to choose JC&C as the preferred company. I executed the contract that evening, and his team of twelve commenced the roof removal process at 6 AM on Friday morning. The removal of the old roof was completed within less than two hours. Twelve hours later, the new roof was installed. Additionally, JC&C offered to pressure wash all of my concrete patio and driveway as a courtesy. We are extremely satisfied with the overall job. Furthermore, six-inch gutters were installed around the entire house. I highly recommend Christian and JC&C Roofing Company.

Christian with JC&C is one of the most honest and straight forward person I have met. Which is the reason why I contacted them for second time when I needed a new roof. A few years ago during one of the storms, I had a scare thinking my roof took on some damage. Every contractor that came by, they all said I needed a new roof right away. Only Christian was honest enough to say I still had a few years left in my roof if I take some precautionary actions to preserve it. ROOF REPLACEMENT & SUBSEQUENT ROOF TUNE-UP December 2022 This is a follow-up review from our 2019 roof installation. I called Christian at JC&C Roofing to perform a tune-up and inspection on our existing roof system. His two-man team were proficient in their work. The team was on-time and performed what I consider to be a very thorough inspection and tune-up of our roof system. The tune-up included the following: 1) Caulking all areas at flashings and other areas where water intrusion could possibly pose a problem. 2) Checked for nail pops on the shingles. 3) Inspected all areas of the roof including turbines and ridge vents. 4) Painted all roof jacks to further enhance the roof appearance. They performed a complete power wash of our driveway including our sidewalk in front of the house which made a considerable difference in the overall appearance of the lot and home aesthetics. Christian would not accept any payment for this three (3) hour service which I found remarkable in these times. Once again Christian and his roofing team exceeded our expectations in the performance of their work. Christian, Jennifer and the JC&C Roofing team go above and beyond to make sure their work exceeds the norm. I highly recommend this roofing company to any consumer or business looking for exceptional roof work by a business who maintains a high level of integrity. October 2019 After performing extensive research I determined the best possible replacement roof system for our 15 year old roof was a GAF roof system and the best roof Contractor to be JC&C Roofing Company. We selected the following materials for our new roof system: Timberline Ultra HD shingles and Deck Armor UV-stabilized polypropylene on top of decking (under the shingles). This synthetic material is breathable and reduces moisture from being trapped within the roofing system thereby averting mold issues; Storm Guard Ice & Water shield for valleys and penetrations, Pro-start starter shingles to provide optimal wind resistance at the eaves, and Cobra 3 - 12" ridge vents in conjunction with the Lomanco 14" Whirlybird turbines for optimal attic ventilation. I proceeded with calling a few selected contractors, interviewing each personally, and obtaining a quotation for the work which included the GAF - Gold Pledge protection warranty which provides a (25) year non-prorated / no roof leak (workmanship) guarantee with a 50 year warranty on shingles. Christian took considerable time to explain the complete process of preparation, installation and completion of the roof system. Additionally, he provided a checklist which addressed each item to be installed in our roof system. He even came at 8:00 PM the night before the job to insure all materials had been delivered as per our Agreement. JC&C crew members worked like a well tuned machine. It was truly remarkable to watch them function with each man working as an integral part of the team. After the old roof was extracted they began work on the decking to prepare for the new roof. Old rotted decking was removed and replaced. He removed the old roof turbines and relocated new whirlybird turbines to a higher roof point to allow for optimal attic heat extraction. The work was completed in a fluid and professional manner with exacting precision. Upon completion of the roof replacement Christian sent his supervisor to perform some punch-out and do a high pressure wash of the driveway and patio areas including the street in front of our driveway where roof granules had accumulated. He left our property looking much better than before his arrival to perform the work. We now have a beautiful new GAF Ultra HD roof which enhances the asthetics of our home. In my opinion JC&C Roofing is the best contractor for your roofing needs. I do not believe you will find a more friendly, capable and honest contractor than Christian at JC&C Roofing. I can't say enough about Christian and JC&C roofing. It's a daunting task trying to find a good and fairly priced roofer in Houston that won't be here today and gone tomorrow, but I can proudly say I think we found one of the best. Integrity is an often forgotten word in this day and age, but it's what I appreciated most about JC&C. We received five quotes from roofers and JC&C was in the same range as four of them. Then it came down to really examining the companies to pick the one for us. Being certified through the shingle manufactory was a huge plus as well a free power wash. We ended up choosing JC&C and I'm so glad we did. Once we decided to use them, the roof was going on the next day. They did a great job on the roof as well as clean up. Another great experience was when they damaged our gutter guards. That's right I said it correctly, when they damaged our gutter guards. This is one of the times Christian's integrity showed. I've read of stories where roofers damaged gutters (which is common) and fought with the home owner that it wasn't their guys, this was not the cause with Christian. I showed it to him during our final walk down before I paid and he didn't blink an eye in his response. He said they would take care of it and told me not to worry. True to his word, they fixed it. And they not only fixed the bent guards but replaced them. I know some may think that is what he was supposed to di, but in this day in age it's not common. He also allowed us to pay for our roof on our credit card without charging us 3%, which allowed us to get the reward points. All in all I was more than satisfied with my experience with JC&C. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Anyone out there can put a roof on your house but few can match JC&C's integrity and customer service!

Let me tell you all of the reasons that JC&C Roofing is the way to go for the most important investment you will put on your house. 1 - Product Knowledge. Christian, the owner, came out to provide a quote. He took some measurements and then scheduled a time to come back and deliver his proposal. This allowed him time to compile all of the data and figures to ensure that the quote given is the final price without any hidden expenses. They have several products the offer and will provide detailed quotes and a plethora of information about everything they sell. 2 - Production. Once we decided on the product package we wanted, which was the Diamond Package (thank God for financing). Christian had a crew swarm on our house the very next day. The worked so hard and got 99% of the job done on the first day. The next morning they were back out to finish the last minute touches. The owner was onsite for most of the project, checking in that I was happy with the work and always asking if I had any questions or concerns. 3 - Service. I can't rave enough about Christian. So rare is it to find someone that is polite, kind, funny, honest, and just an overall good person. Christian is good people. Plain and simple. I honestly feel like he treated us like he would want to be treated and I have a great amount of respect for his customer service, dedication to his craft, and earning the respect of those around him. ALL Star roofing company! Christian came out and gave me an estimate to have my roof replaced. He, along with his wife Jennifer, sat down with me and reviewed everything including the labor and manufacturers warranties. I had gotten other less expensive estimates but read the back of estimate where all kinds of hidden fees would apply should extra decking be needed or extra layers of shingles to be removed etc. but Christian's estimate included everything including the "extras" that might and usually do come up after pulling existing shingles off. On a visit to my elderly parents who live in Sugarland, I live in Austin, I found that a filled rain gutter had been flowing in the wrong direction and caused the end piece of the roof eave and soffit to rot. Being remote, I had to get onto Yelp and try to find a company that could rebuild the soffit, fix bad flashing, and put in a new gutter. This led me to JC&C and they did a fantastic job. From the moment I called them to see if they could handle this type of job, they were in constant contact through: email, text and direct phone calls. They gave me estimated times for the inspection-bid as well as the service and they showed up on time. In addition, they have online pictures (where I got these that I'm posting) of the inspection, during the construction, and the completed project. These pictures assured me of the quality of their work, from my remote home. And although they don't do gutters, part of their bid included gutter replacement which they subcontracted out and I didn't have to go searching for a gutter company. Very pleased with JC&C.

JC&C Roofing just completed a roof on our house and we could not be HAPPIER. We received several quotes from other roofers and made our decision to go with a local company, prices were similar and no issue with the time line for completion. WOW - what wonderful service. The workers were are courteous, considerate and clean. The crew went out of their way to make sure they did not interfere with our daily routine. They found a few little issues in our roof that were resolved immediately. We especially appreciate the photos taken during the process to show progress. The crew left our grounds clean - no trash, debris or nails were left behind. They even came and power washed the drive and house. Christian and his crew did an amazing job on our 3-story town home. From the estimate process, mobilization, execution, to clean-up everything was done in a professional manner. I am very particular, but I can't find anything to critique! While they were working, I was updated with over 50 pictures of the progress. Prior to this job I had never seen a picture of my roof. Not only did they do a great job on the installation of the shingles, the also made sure to educate me and show me where they sealed all the vents that were not correctly sealed previously. I want to share my experience with JC&C roofing. As you know, after the last hurricane Beryl, with all the damage to the roofs, it has been almost impossible to find anybody to come and fix things. I called the people who roofed my house and they said that they could not come and would not know when they would. Walking down my neighborhood on Thursday, I saw a truck of JC&C working on a roof. I came to talk to them and told them that I had a relatively small job in my house (the cap of an exhaust pipe had been blown up during the hurricane). He said that is was dangerous to fix it then because it was raining, but that they would come as soon as possible. Well, that meant two days later and now my roof is fixed! Thank you Mr. Paniagua!
