They were on time, professional, and very thorough with the inspection and tune-up. The technician explained what they were doing each step of the way, checked all the critical components, cleaned the system, and made a couple of small adjustments to improve performance. Everything was done with care, and they even gave me tips on how to keep the system running efficiently between visits. Company has completely changed. I’ve been using them over 10 years and since they have grown the customer service has no clue This is the 4th no show appointment I have had this year. I am updating my review since I had a long discussion with Scott and Joshua and they both have said these issues will be resolved. Tyler is my go to tech I always ask for him because he always does a great job and is very knowledgeable. Kyzar should however find a way to get in touch with their techs to give clients a heads up on how late someone is running so you at least know. They used to send you a picture with a gps map so you could check and have an approximate time of arrival

We recently bought a house with a new A/C installed in June of 2024. There were numerous attempts to fix problems from the company who installed it, which did not fix it. We finally switched companies by calling Kyzar Air who attempted to fix the problems and ultimately recommended a full replacement. Ed and Corey showed up in the morning and removed and replaced both units, along with new copper tubing. By the end of the day, everything was fixed and working well.They were thorough, polite and competent in the job and everything is working great.

Nothing worse than your ac not working in 90+ Florida heat and humidity. The response time was fast and the technicians were friendly and informative. The repair required a part not easily accessible. Although it took longer than desired they worked to accomplish the job as quickly as possible. The customer service representatives were great to work with and they did what they could to solve the issues as efficiently as they possible. I’ll continue to work with them in the future.

We even had a few unexpected items during the install due to the previous tenants of our home and Azani absolutely took the challenge in stride.
