We had Mike from Loveland Roofing re-roof our house recently and are very satisfied with the job Mike and his crew performed. The timeline was right about what Mike had prompted us on and he was very responsive through the whole process through texts, calls and emails. There was only one very small issue of some nails protruding through our entry way, however I text Mike some pictures and he had his crew remove those nails the next day and use smaller nails. Mike offered to fix and paint the small hole marks, however it was such a small area it was no problem to do myself. Mike pulled permits on our behalf and scheduled the inspectors for us which made the process even more painless. I was slightly concerned reading the review below from Justin (stating left over nails and garbage was found in his yard) since we have multiple dogs, however we did not have that experience, or anything close. I would recommend calling or texting Mike Loveland for any roof replacement needs.

My house in Auburn needed roof work. Unlike the several other roofing companies I dealt with for this job, Loveland Roofing was (a) very punctual for their appointment, (b) gave me an estimate very quickly after the inspection, (c) the estimator (Tovyn) was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and very honest, (d) their recommendations were accurate and did not take me for a ride, (e) their price was competitive, (f) the phone and text communications with the office, the estimator, and scheduler were effective, (g) they use electronic communication effectively and professionally (for example for the estimates, schedules, and invoicing), (h) the repair was done on time and as promised without additional surprise costs or delays, and (i) the work was done perfectly and meticulously. I am very delighted.

We are incredibly pleased with Loveland Roofing. We had a 25 year old composition roof on a 1100 square foot granny house and detached garage. Living in a rural area it is not always easy to out to get estimates and have the work completed. Mike was courteous, professional, and answered our questions. We immediately felt at easy with his suggestions. Estimate was professionally electronically submitted to us for review. Price was extremely competitive. The crew was amazing, friendly, fast, professional and seemed to really enjoy their work - even in the middle of a heat wave! We even enjoyed their play list! Clean-up was spotless. I got my roof repaired in Feb 2023 for a leak in the garage and everytime it rained I had to call them back to fix the same leak. We recently had a storm this summer and it was leaking again so they came out right away to check it out and they came out back a few days later and fixed it. Before Tovyn left he ran then water hose right over where it had been leaking and we didn't see even one drop of water. They never tried to bill be even after it had been over a year since the first repair. I have been with this company since I moved here 8 years ago. They do stand behind their work.

Loveland earned 5 stars not because they initially did the job right, but because of how they responded when I raised concerns about work that was not performed. The Project Manager, Anthony, immediately responded and agreed with my concerns after reviewing the before-and-after photos. Within an hour, another roof repairman, Sean, inspected the roof and determined what was necessary to properly complete the repairs. Sean went above and beyond to ensure the work was done as if it were his own home. Loveland showed their character by addressing the problem rather than avoiding it.

I hired Jacob from Loveland Roofing on a referral from a neighbor to​ replace a facia board on the front of my home. He also did a roof inspection and addressed another issue that I had with water not diverting properly. The entire process from beginning to end was painless, all calls and texts were returned promptly, he kept both appointment times without being late, he did quality work at a reasonable price and cleaned up after himself. I will use Jacob in the future for this home and other properties. Loveland roofing comes with my highest recommendation.

Absolutely a wonderful company to deal with. The roof inspector Jonathon , the repairman Junior and the receptionist were so helpful. They listened to our issue, came up with a plan and quickly fixed the issue. I called an other company's out for an estimate. We had a great experience with Loveland roofing. Parts of our roof were torn by the winds last year and our insurance won't renew until it's fixed. I called them and sent someone right away for an estimate. Booking took a little bit longer but they got the job done. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and their pricing. They also offered financing which really helped a lot to ease the stress of expenses. I would highly recommend Loveland.

Redwood trees-lots of them, and a lot of debris; crew from Loveland came out and cleared everything from the tile roof and a couple of minor repairs to the felt and boots and at a competitive price; had a couple of questions and Mike stopped by to follow up; before and after picture were provided and gave me re-assurance that the job was completed correctly; I even recommended them to my neighbor with a similar roof. Definitely recommended!

Loveland Roofing did a roof inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. John was very professional and courteous. The roof was in great shape, John answered all my questions and did a thorough inspection and report. I appreciate that he was honest even though he wasn't getting paid business on this roof! I called Loveland to do a roofing inspection and they did a great job and provided options for all the items they found. The inspection was free and I had them also do the work and it was a great experience. They fixed tiles on the roof and took care of some dry rot. Today I had Loveland roofing come out for Maintenace on my roof. Jay was the roofing tech. He performed the work that was quoted to perfection. Left everything clean when done. Answered all my questions. Would I higher Loveland roofing again? Yes I wound ,without hesitation.

Called Loveland twice for roof inspections. They came out and gave us their inspection in a timely manner. Were professional and easy to work with. Cost for repairs were inline with average costs and I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge my clients.

They did our roof inspection and made the repairs needed. They took pictures to show the areas that cannot be seen from the ground, which was great. They're friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

EDITED 1/9/24: One of the leaks in the gutter is dripping again, less than a week after the repairs were done. Assuming that having a licensed professional with guaranteed work was "worth" this price, I assume it will be fixed. Excellent! For now, I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. If it gets fixed and stays fixed, I'll edit it back to 3 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW Positives: He was on time, cleaned up really well. Negatives: Overpriced for what was needed. This was perhaps our fault a bit, for not realizeing how simple the repairs would be, but seeing the "before" and "after" photos, we could have done that ourselves. I think the description of services advised in the inspection was made to sound more imposing than it really was, and the scope of the real work done was......far simpler. Live and Learn.
