Reign roofing did an outstanding job for us replacing our roof. The estimator came out the next day after we called Reign roofing. He took picture's of our roof and explained the issue's that we had in our existing roof. After we signed the contract for Reign to replace our roof, they start the job within three days. They had a crew come out the day before the repairs started, to place tarps over our plants and scrubs to protect them. The crew came the next day, removed our existing roof and installed the new roof all in one day. We have a large home with a detached garage. The job required 62 squares of shingles to replace the roofing. Rain was expected all day, but rain held off until the crew completed the total job. We highly recommend Reign roofing and excellent roofing company with outstanding workmanship and leadership.
Our home inspection report clearly stated that our original roof was in terrible condition and needed immediate replacement. We shopped around for a few weeks and even got a few quotes. From Jarvis to Oliver to Edgar to Marvin, I dealt with a great team of folks who truly cared to help our family by putting a brand new roof over our newly purchased house. I was able to get a good deal for adding solar attic vents installed during this process. It is very rare to find a company these days that goes above and beyond to make you smile and feel satisfied. Special thanks to Ryan who was instrumental in his efforts to help us lock in an unbeatable deal! Thanks for the delicious cookies and the surprise gift! You guys truly rock!
Reign Roofing replaced our roof and the entire process from start to finish was enjoyable - clear proposal, appropriate follow ups, punctual scheduling, hassle free installation on the day of and even a warm thank you for your business with Tiffany’s Treat cookies! The communication was exceptional and the company clearly has great leadership and customer service as a priority. I am happy I went with them for our roofing job and would recommend them to anyone. An overall pleasant experience which doesn’t happen often in today’s world!
Highly recommend!!! Its raining really hard right now, 2 days after work performed. The team that handled my roof, Freyer and Joel, were wonderful, empathetic, reasonable, and very honest. I appreciated the process that was explained to me and the quality of work performed. They showed genuine care and professionalism to ensure I found peace of mind after experiencing habitual leaks from a previous roofing company that was unable to fix the problem areas I identified in the attic 3x. I will be using them for all roofing needs going forward.
Reign roofing was amazing!!! I was under a time constraint and we were expecting a storm next week so I really needed help with my roof quickly. The entire process with Reign roofing was simple and easy and they did a great job. Jeremy called me right back whenever necessary and followed thru on everything. He had the roof done a couple of days later. Communication was easy, paid him right on my phone too. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!
Reign is the best. They truly care about their customers and go not 1 extra mile, but two extra miles. Very professional, every employee I met with was respectful and LISTENED. I hope I never need another roof, but if I do- it will be a Reign roof. I cannot express how happy I was to get a new roof, who says that? They use the best materials and stand behind what they do.
Replacing a roof can be a daunting task, involving getting multiple bids and navigating a lengthy process. However, Reign Roofing made the entire experience of getting a new roof remarkably smooth from start to finish. Their excellent customer service and consistent communication throughout the quoting, review, installation, and completion stages were truly commendable.

These guys are con men, after working for these clowns for a week I had to quit, hearing the "job foreman" call the owner (his older brother) and say things like "I don't even know what I'm doing here can you at least just come and get us started?" on every single e job site I went to and after hearing it day 5 that was enough for me. Then to show just how professional these guys really are when I went to get my safety harness tools and equipment I'm told "oh we put all that stuff out on yhe fence on the highway like three days ago. So they put my tools and equipment on the road, the highway and didn't say a word to me about it, if that doesn't scream profesaional I just don't know what will. So if you hire these guys your lookin for a likely faulty job and if you go to work for them when you do decide to quit and you will, make sure you get all your things together and out of their trucks or shop before you inform them otherwise your donating it to what ever one of those guys decides he likes your stuff.
Family member had sour experience with this company. 1project was completed. Decided to not proceed with 2nd project . When instructed to come pick up their trailers they took it upon themselves (owner and his employees) to take items that were not legally belonging to them . I was there and asked if what they were taking was correct. .. Carrigan (owner) lied to my face ! After leaving with material, I was informed that windows and sliding glass door were purchased on my mother's credit card. He says there's tires on her property that were his so he was out money from leaving on site. Um .. take your tires and leave my mother's property. SHADY COMPANY. We have receipts and case #.

Reign Roofing is absolutely the best roofing company out there!!! They removed my old roof and installed the new one in one day!! Clean up was perfect, spotless, and again on same day. There was an issue in that a nail pierced the plywood, which is normal, but it hit a water pipe that was right up against the underside of the plywood. It leaked into one bedroom damaging the Sheetrock and carpet. They immediately sent a plumber to repair the pipe, then replaced all the damages, including new carpet for the whole room—within a few days! I felt horrible that they had to absorb that cost, losing money on the excellent job that they did. There should not have been a pipe right up against the plywood and therefore they could not have anticipated that. I felt so bad about it that I offered to absorb half the cost of the repairs. Reign responded that they take full responsibility for their work and would not hear of me absorbing that cost, even though I’m sure they lost money on the job. What an incredible company!! Integrity and quality and the finest treatment of customers. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
