Last year, after many years of living with a dilapidated wood shake roof, I decided that I was tired of buckets in my attic and stress every rainy season. I began getting estimates from various roofers. The time had come, especially considering the nightmare rain we were enduring. When I called Roof Pros, Gabriel surprised me by advising me to wait, telling me that the price of materials was particularly high at that time, and that prices would drop in a while. That stuck with me. I ended up not being able to get the job going until this year, but this time I didn’t bother calling the others. I knew to call Gabriel back, on a Friday, and not only did he remember our conversation from last year(!), but he let me know that they could start the FOLLOWING MONDAY. I was shocked, because all the other roofers said they could get to me in about six weeks. He came to my house that afternoon, and we spent about an hour going over the process and breaking down the estimate. I understood where every dollar was going, and his price was fair. You know that feeling you get when you take your car in to the mechanics, or to any specialist, and they’re kind of smug with you because they know more than you, and you’re the vulnerable one? I never felt that way with Gabriel. He was down to earth, honest, polite and was totally professional and transparent about the estimate. You won’t feel intimidated talking with him. His crew arrived early in the morning, and by the time I got off work in the early afternoon, my old roof was gone, and the plywood was already up. The next day, the inspector came to ok everything, and then on the third day they put up the shingles. By that third day, when I got off from work around 2 pm, the roof was done. And as the picture shows, it was beautiful. Take a look at the wretched state of my old shake roof. And then look at the drastic difference my new roof makes. Roof Pros Roofing did a fantastic job and gave me much peace of mind. I was not aware of any problems with my old roof but it was older than the expected life and I needed a new roof for other discounts. After tearing off the old roof several rot spots and damage were revealed that would have grown worse. I am glad now that they did a complete new composition shingle roof. They installed items that were missing from my old roof. What is best, after passing the final inspection and payment in full and I was satisfied, their foreman came by one day and reinforced at the area where I had the most rot before. This proved to me that they cared and it was not just another job.

I called the emergency number after hours, and Gabriel immediately picked up. I'd had a section of shingles let go during a day of rain, exposing plywood (no underlayment to my surprise). Gabriel arrived with his team the next morning as promised, assessed the roof, and gave me three options to repair or replace. Knowing that rain would be hitting that evening, he and his team completed the repair that same day. Extremely impressed with Roof Pros responsiveness and the quality of their work. Roof looks great and has a 5yr warranty on labor. I will definitely use Roof Pros again.

We had a roof leak last Friday, they came out the same day, found and corrected the problem. Also pointed out potential problems and fixed them. We also had them install some new gutters, very friendly, efficient and professional.

This company is phenomenal! We are in the final week of escrow and roof issues came up. We needed to have tiles replaced, repaired, and needed a 2 year certification asap. I didn't go with the roofing company that my buyer received her estimate from (after researching some of their reviews). Yesterday I searched online and made a couple of calls. Seeing 2 leak spots at my front patio and with the rain continuing for the next several days, I was quite worry about the potential damage and the cost to repair it. I submitted an online estimation info with Roof Pros Roofing on a Sunday evening and to my surprise, Rudy, the owner/contractor, responded back to me within few minutes that he could come for free estimation the next morning. Rudy came and checked our roof the next day. He explained that there were several tiles being misaligned and one was out of place completely causing rain to pour in the gaps. He said it's just a minor issue, he already helped me to put the tiles back in places closing all gaps and reassured me that there shouldn't be any more leak and refused to take any payment from me for his time coming out and helping quick fix the problem. I'm so appreciated for his kindness. I totally recommend Roof Pros Roofing, my experience with Rudy shows that they are honest, not trying to rip off or over charge for unnecessary services and very quick with their responses.

If I could give 100 stars I would. We had an emergency roof leak due to one of my concrete tiles sliding down and no other company was willing to come out within a reasonable time frame except for Roof Pros. The actual owner called me and said if his team wasn't available then he would come out and fix it himself because he didn't want to leave my roof exposed. He came and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Unlike most contractors he was NOT FLAKY at all. He showed up on time and was super polite and knowledgeable. I had two serious roof leaks after recent heavy rains and called Roof Pros. I got a prompt response and techs were promptly dispatched. They returned the next day and did necessary repairs, and water-tested the repairs. They gurantee their work for one year. I learned valuable info during this visit, which is regular maintenance is recommened on a concrete shake roof every 4-5 years. Great to work with and fairly priced. I highly recommend!

Great response time. Woke up to a leaky skylight in my kitchen this morning. This company came to my rescue before and they do excellent work. I have a roof with lots of angels and skylights that aren't always watertight but they have fixed everything to my satisfaction. Definitely will call again.
