Saxon roofing and repair is a customer-oriented company. They have recently replaced my entire roof. Saxon roofing was one of three companies that I interviewed with, and Mr. Saxon, Stephen was definitely a unique person. He came well prepared and showed me samples for the shingles and Ice & Water shield and the synthetic underlayment. Steve also brought a package with paperwork and explanation of the materials to be used in roofing and different types & colors of shingles. Steve was very honest and clear about cost and time needed. Bob is the field manager and he stayed with the roofing crew for the entire time till the job was done as promised before. Bob is very pleasant and honest man who is very kind to his customers. The crew was fast, efficient and very professional. I definitely enjoyed the opportunity to know and interact with Saxon roofing, Steve, and Bob. The new roof looks beautiful, price was excellent, experience was delightful. If you are looking for a roofing contractor, this is the company to hire. This is an update on Tuesday 5/27/25 We had a rough experience last night with strong storm that hit Montgomery county. I woke up with my backyard full of pieces of torn shingles (after 6 weeks from replacing the entire roof), but I cannot get up on the roof to inspect for damage, but I was very suspicious that I have roof damage. I texted Mr. Saxon about the situation as I started my work day. He responded as always in few minutes and said. Someone from the company will be there later today and we will check on the roof. The technician came already before 5 pm before I even make it home. The field supervisor Bob gave me a call and confirmed that the shingles on my backyard are the neighbor's and not mine. Mr. Saxon just texted me that "My roof and his work is all good". I am not a person who has time for writing reviews, but this level of Commitment, Honesty and Good customer service has to be acknowledged and appreciated. HAMMER DOWN, THIS IS THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN TOWN. Much appreciated.

I contacted Steve Saxon in 2023 when we had a roof leak resulting in water damage to the interior of our home. After discussion Steve advised he could sent someone to assess the problem to see if a repair was possible to allow us time to plan a roof replacement. The next day Elmer arrived and advised he found the problem and gave us a very reasonable repair estimate with a one year warranty! We went with the repair which was completed the next day and had no further issues. In 2024 we decided to get the roof shingles replaced. We shopped a few bids and wanted Saxon Roofing and repair to be the last since they had earned my trust after the repairs in 2023. Their bid was well below the others and their warranty exceeded all the others. Within 2 days of the estimate Shane contacted us to explain full details of the work and warranty. We signed the contract and the work was scheduled the following week. We had a day delay in starting due to rain and I was relieved they advised to wait to start the next day. The crew showed up on time and went to work immediately. They were very professional and completed 3/4’s of the roof the first day. They even cleaned up b4 leaving the site even though they would return the next day to finish. Right on schedule they finished up the next afternoon. They cleaned up Everything! What an amazing job. Thanks to Steve, Shane and Elmer for their professionalism with a personal touch and also to their excellent,and friendly,crew. I'm writing this review to share an excellent contractor and a great job. This is the first roof replacement I have ever experienced, got 2 bids, and chose Saxon Roofing. Beside being able to begin a day early, the crew worked until dark continuously until it was complete. Bob was on the job from start to finish to assist with anything that may occur, and the crew was conscientious of plants and shrubs and cleaned up as they went. The roof is just fabulous, and I am so impressed with the workers and the roof from start to finish. I chose CertainTeed shingles in the color weathered wood. What a difference a new roof makes in the look and protection of your home. Thanks to Steve Saxon, Bob and the whole crew for making my first roof replacement a great experience!

Just had my roof replaced with Saxon Roofing & Repair. It was such a smooth trouble free process - I highly recommend! Saxon was actually the 2nd company I called - simply due to the over abundance of roofing companies out there. I was looking for experience and a good review rating. Well, the first company I called put me through to an automated voicemail and said they would get back within 24 to 48 hours. Steve, the owner of Saxon Roofing, answered the phone right away. That said a lot to me about the personal attention I was to receive. And I was not disappointed, Steve and crew walked me through each step and removed any stress I otherwise may have had. I would and do highly recommend! Oh, and the new roof looks great! Thank you Steve!

I had a leaky roof that I discovered three days before I was due to fly overseas. I called Saxon and got the best quote of the roofing companies I contacted and they were able to start the next day. The crew was excellent and worked hard all day, particularly when all the shingles were off the roof and a sudden thunderstorm came through. They had the roof covered in minutes. They finished the job that afternoon and the cleanup was excellent. I’d definitely recommend them.

After doing my due diligence and receiving 4 quotes on my roof replacement, I went with Saxon because they had a great reputation in my area, a detailed quote, great customer service, and most importantly, a very competitive bid. I asked one other company, who quoted me the exact same materials, to match them but they couldn’t. I am extremely happy with the roof replacement, post clean up, and customer service I received. They even pulled all the permits for me!

I had shingles ripped off by a storm recently and was not sure who to call. I reached out to Saxon after looking in Nextdoor and received a quick response from Travis. The next day I met with the Saxon representative Elmer and for a fair price had my roof repaired. Both Travis and Elmer were the best at follow-up and having my roof repaired. Great customer service from this team! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Love my new roof. Great price. Fantastic warranty. Complete roof in less than 7 hrs. I don’t know how they did all this and that short of time. Cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!!

I built my own house and was finishing a 10 square area of roof on a high and steep section of house. I had plywood down but needed help completing roof. Steve Saxon was what I needed. He came out and meet up with me. I respected the fact that the owner of the company comes out and personally reviews each job before starting. It was very nice to talk to Steve as he is an expert in the roofing and construction field. Literally in a few days after speaking to him the job was complete. He brought out a great crew and I was able to get everything done exactly the way I wanted it done. Which is important to me. I would highly recommend hiring Steve Saxon for any projects you have. He can get the job done right with the right products at a very competitive price.

We had a great experience with this company. Steve Saxon is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy who understood that we just needed a leak repaired, nothing fancy. He sent out one of his guys who climbed all over our roof and gave us a very reasonable quote for a few hundred dollars. The company that had come out the day before (large billboard on 105) had quoted us $5,000-7,000(!) to basically rebuild our roof. So we hired Saxon, his guy came out the next day, did everything and then went on to paint all the vent stacks and fireplace flashing. Since then our leak is completely gone and the roof looks better than it ever did. We will hire these guys for anything roof related from now on.

I can't say enough good things about Saton roofing. One of the only roofers I had that didn't show up and ask me right off the bat if it was insurance money. Which always makes me feel like they're about to give me the shaft. Which Steve never did ask about! Steve was very friendly and helpful during the whole process. Also Bob there site manager was very professional and friendly. I felt like his whole crew went over and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use Saton Roofing again in the future.

Can't say enough about these guys! They replaced our roof and a couple weeks later we had a leak that we thought was the roof. They came out and found the leak was in the gaps in the siding and soffit and had nothing to do with the roof. Instead of telling us it wasn't their problem they fixed the areas and didn't think twice about it! What great customer service! I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!!

Steve was wonderful to work with and his crew was efficient and professional. They showed up to start the job at 7 am and didn't quit until the job was completed. They even returned the next day to ensure quality and clean up. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommend, amazing value for high such quality service. I just had my roof replaced and Steve and his team did an outstanding job. There was a Supervisor onsite the entire time to answer our questions and oversee the guys. We received 5 bids and Steve was super responsive, walked us through the process and was able to do the job within five days of us signing the contract. I found him on Angies List and I would highly recommend him.

Saxon Roofing did a great job fixing our roof on our building - We had several roofers out to try to do the repairs - Saxon was able to find the issues and do the repairs - We now have no leaks!!!

Saxon made repairs to two roofs and my chimney. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and completed the repairs without issues. They also communicate well and in a timely fashion.

Steve Saxon did the roof across the street from me so I called on recommendation. He came out to show me several options at different price points. I had estimates from other contractors recommended by my insurance company over $1000 higher, so I chose Saxon. This was not an insurance claim, but out of pocket replacement. They did the roof in two days. It's a 3000 sqft hip roof with a lot of corners, pitch changes, and levels but it all looks great. They repaired some soffits, replaced all the vents, and fixed leaks near my chimney including the underlying damage, no extra charge. Cleanup was thorough, I found a few nails as expected, but my yard looked better than it did before the crew arrived for the most part. Steve handled the paperwork for my insurance company to get the impact resistant roof discount the same day I sent it out to him. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is one of the exhaust vents wasn't securely connected where it had been disconnected to replace the vent riser. I noticed it right away and it's easy to fix, but if I weren't a handy guy and observant this would have been a potential CO issue. I'll call Steve again if I need roof work for sure. He was a pleasure to work with, very honest and reliable.
