I was referred to Dan at Sensible Cooling from a good friend. My AC was way beyond its life expectancy and was leaking...again. Dan came out right away and gave me a fair price to repair it. We also discussed the age of it and the cost of maintenance vs. replacing it. There was absolutely no pressure in making this decision. I slept on it a couple days and decided replacing it was the best decision for me. Once I gave him the green light I was scheduled within a couple days and the install was efficient, neat and speedy. It has been a couple weeks and everything is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend Dan for your AC needs.

Dan came highly recommended by Alisia Gilmour. My AC stopped cooling on the evening of July 3rd. I called Dan, he ANSWERED the phone, and I requested a service call. Despite him being away on vacation, he assured me that his fill-in would contact me in the morning. Sure enough at 9:30am, Jacob advised he'd be on site between 11-11:30. He was right on time, made the repair in record time, explained everything, and even dated the replacement ac filter. All this on the fourth of July!!!! Further, the fee was beyond reasonable. There aren’t enough words to express what a gem this company and Dan truly are. Called the company and they responded the very next morning to fox my pool heater that had stopped working. Pool heater quit and was referred to Sensible Cooling by the heater’s manufacturer. Called late Friday received a callback over the weekend and scheduled an appointment for early Monday morning. Dan is awesome. We arrived at our house at 7PM on Monday night to find that our downstairs AC was not working. Called Dan and he was here by 8.30 that evening. He picked up the necessary parts first thing Tuesday morning and was here by 8.45 and had the system fixed by 10. I could not have asked for better service.

Excellent thorough service. Well worth the maintenance contracted rate. Important areas of the HVAC wiring system that was faulty was discovered and fixed. Proper piping for drainage was finally corrected. Attic air distribution was inspected for leaks and punctures. Would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately I'm outside of Sensible Cooling's service area but Dan is a wealth of information and was patient and gracious enough to give me guidance on how to attack my issues with humidity and ventilation.
