Update: Another job well done! Roger helped us find the right smart thermostats for our home. The builder grade thermostats installed at build were not compatible with our units. Found the best option for us and was able to replace quickly. He is an authorized google nest dealer. Does not increase price based on your address which is nice for once in South Florida. Good hard working company, where the owner is hands on in the field doing the same work as his technicians. The owner, Roger is very informative and takes the time to discuss all your AC needs. Our technician, Dwayne worked quickly to get our AC units running more efficiently during this heat advisory! We will be using them again for any future AC needs including maintenance. They came out to address our needs next day, quickly ordered the part and fixed within 24 hours. Affordable and honest pricing too.

We arrived in Florida to find no air conditioning in our new home. The heat was unbearable BUT it was my absolute good fortune to have been referred to Roger at Servtech. I actually spoke to him on Mother's day, he was so courteous and concerned. He came to my very hot home the next day. Called Serv Tech because they are close to my house and have good reviews. Wait time was short and was greeted by a pleasant gentleman. Scheduling was quick and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I was able to text photos so they know which AC unit they are dealing with beforehand. Service man was professional and knowledgeable, as he was able to fix our problem. Our blow speed was way too high and our landlord had told us previously that it was already set to the lowest speed, which was not true. Now our AC is operating at a more comfortable speed. After a separate company came out and gave me an estimate on a new system, I called Rodger to give me a second opinion. He found out the compressor was still under warranty in less than a minute. Something the other company told me they couldn’t look up without the original paperwork. Servetech replaced it for 90% less than a new system (the next day) and gave me a chance to save the money and choose a new system, without having to make an impulse purchase. I would definitely recommend their services. They were fast, friendly, and reasonable.

Roger was very responsive. He came out the same day and was very knowledgeable about the repair. His skill and professionalism is amazing . He has contactless payment options and even provides recommendations on the invoice. He followed up with me the next day which was a Sunday to ensure I was satisfied with the repair. AC stopped blowing cold and it was getting hot inside fast. Called for HVAC service and someone came out the next day. Found out it was a clogged filter and low freon. Got it all fixed up in under an hour. The tech was nice and didn’t talk down to me which I liked. Price wasn’t too bad either. Only thing is they gave a 4-hour window which is kinda annoying, but they did show up. House cooled down quick after they left. I’ll probly get on a service plan next time so this don’t happen again. Worth it.

I have used Roger for many years now to maintain my ac unit and he has always been honest, and professional. My unit died as Roger predicted 2 year's ago it would and he came out asap when I called him to check things out. Well of course prices were off the chart and we couldn't afford replacing entire unit immediately during this hot summer heat. Roger took the time to finding us a good compressor and now all is well. Serv Tech was by far the most reasonable for my new split AC unit that I needed urgently. I received other estimates and it was nearly double in price. Roger the owner and Jose the tech did an exceptional job replacing my existing A/C. I got quotes from all the top installers in the area, and their price was by far the best. Roger and Alfred was absolutely amazing. Roger, was extremely detailed with explaining the process of a new air conditioning install. Excellent service from Rodger who replaced 2 brand new A/C in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct units to provide the best cooling for my home. Job was completed on time. He and his partner did excellent work. Very experienced and knowledgeable within their field. A/C is working great and now my wife complains that it's too cold!

Albert came over first around 9 am, but as he found things in my 2 HVAC systems needed repairs or parts, he contacted Roger to locate the items. Fortunately, Roger had inventory of thermostats and mother boards, so he brought the parts out, allowing Albert to remain here and finish the job. As always, both were cheerful, professional and polite.

I cannot say enough positive things about Roger. He had to rebuild the compressor and do so many things to correct the work that had been done poorly by another company prior to ServTech. He worked until he got it performing better than it has in the 5 years we've lived in this house. Thanks to Roger we are living confortably in the house now.

I’m 8 months pregnant and had my AC shut off on Friday at 4pm in hot August heat. Called Roger and he came over for his last stop of the day and got it working again. Hallelujah! Such a life saver.
