My wife and I shopped a lot of roofing companies before choosing Spartan Roof Construction. We were not planning on replacing our roof, but had to to have continued insurance coverage. The cost was totally out of pocket, so we were extremely picky! Wow, we are EXTREMELY happy we chose Spartan! From the time the owner promptly came to give us an estimate to when Angie, our customer care representative, went over every detail and answered all of our questions in the most professional and warm fashion. Everything was delivered, and the crew showed up right on time, ready to go. I have never seen a crew work so efficiently and well together. I was very impressed. They did the job in one day and it looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extreme attention to detail, making sure our property was well protected. They even had a tarp that covered my entire pool. It was really cool to see the whole crew working together, when they were done, to pick up every little piece of debris around our home. I can honestly say that Spartan Roof is by far the most professionally run roofing company I've ever dealt with! The type of service you can only dream of! These guys are incredible! Every aspect of doing business with Spartan Roof was such a pleasure, I almost don't know where to start. For our home in The Woodlands, we initially began looking for a roofing company that we could trust and was willing to deal with the HOA (Township) and their stringent community guidelines on any replacement that is visible. The team from Spartan Roof was incredibly responsive and answered our myriad of questions over the phone and text before they came to look at the roof. They came to see us within 2 days of initial contact and were very thorough in determining exactly how the roof should be replaced. If you think a roof is just a roof, you would be very wrong and should stop reading this review to call Spartan Roof immediately. As a replacement roof is a big spend, we requested a few quotes from different roofing companies. The quote from Spartan Roof was extremely comprehensive and detailed (especially compared to some of the handwritten ones we received). It included things the other companies had inadvertently "left off" the quote. In addition, when the quote was sent, we received a phone call from Stephanie to review it in detail. Something the other companies did not do. Not only was their quote more comprehensive, but it was also cheaper than the others. Too good to be true. No, it is true. Needless to say, we decided to go with Spartan Roof. Materials were delivered the day before and the work was completed in one day. Not to brag but our roof looks incredible, the best in our neighborhood! Every single person involved from the guy dropping off materials to the 17 person installation crew did an outstanding job. I can't say enough about how awesome Angie, Stephanie, Ashley, and Jason are! These guys are so cool you end up loving them and they treat you like family. They tarped our entire yard and did an excellent job picking up and making sure there were no rogue nails left laying around. I always get nervous dealing with contractors but with them, the whole process was a breeze! Don't hesitate to do business with them, you won't be disappointed! Definitely a quality business!

This was our first time as homeowners having to fix our roof and these folks did a great job in streamlining the process with the insurance and labor. Stephanie assisted us and helped us step by step on what needed to be done. She was always on-call via messenger and I was able to get an answer within minutes of asking. (A big plus) During the installation portion, Ashley came out to supervise and I was surprised to see that it was done in a day and a half!!! Zero mess was left afterwards and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were very patient with us during the process since we run a family business and time has always been very limited when trying to juggle finances, work and home. We have had our roof for about four months and even after the crazy weather and floods we had, it's holding up strong! I would mention that if you are new to picking a roofing company or have been a homeowner for awhile than this would be my recommendation for a quick and painless way to replace your roof. I am not sure why the reviews are so negative on here as our experience was amazing! Our home flooded and we had so many people to deal with. Angie, Mike & Ashley from Spartan Roof were by far the best to work with. Ashley (the smartest owner every) & Angie (the repair coordinator who I couldn't of survived without) came out to give us an estimate and my husband was so impressed with their professionalism. We had to coordinate with other contractors and Angie was so nice & extremely accommodating. Mike (the myth, the man, the legend) did such a great job and really spent time explaining to us what he was doing. Bottom line is we could really tell that this company loves what they do. We always try to choose local business to work with. I can't fully express my gratitude to Spartan Roof for having such a fantastic team! I wish you did full remodels so I wouldn't have to deal with crazy and could get my home back together quicker.

WONDERFUL!!!!! WONDERFUL!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!! AND WONDERFULL AGAIN!!!!!! We just bought our house 2 months ago and had a roof leak after a bad rain storm. I called Spartan and within 24 hous Ashley and Angie were there to assess and told us exactly what needed to be repaired. They really took their time, climbed up in the attic, and on the roof to see exactly where the leak was coming from. These ladies are AMAZING!!! I was so worried (especially about prices and at Christmas!) since we spent everything just to get into our house but they gave us a GREAT quote and then charged even less!!!!!! Spartan is truly an answer to our prayers and we will be telling every friend, family member, acquaintance, complete stranger about how absolutely great this company and the owners are! When my roof started leaking the best thing to happen to me was Spartan Roofing. My insurance company tried to give me the run around. They denied my claim TWICE. I finally decided to pay out of pocket and I called Spartan. Not only did they advise me that the insurance should pay, they sent the company pictures, met adjusters at my house and fought with me. End of the day not only did insurance approve roof, but Ashley sat with me, helped me choose a replacement roof, got HOA approval, and made sure EVERYTHING was perfect. My roof is the best looking on the block. When they left my home they cleaned so thoroughly that if you hadn't known my roof was ripped off you wouldn't. All signs of construction were gone. I couldn't be more pleased. If I ever have issue again they are my go to.

Our roof leaked after a huge storm and tried calling other roofers with no success. Spartan Roof company answered immediately with there amazing customer service they responded to our house the next day and fixed the roof with there excellent roofer. They made a stressful situation such an easy one. As a handy guy, I have worked on my own home and vehicles since before I could drive. The Spartan team was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I rarely ever leave comments and have grown up believing that when you commit to doing something do it right or hire someone that can do the job right. They were able to complete my home in one day from tear off to clean up and did an outstanding job. They went out of their way to protect my property, my wife's plants and even covered the windows and pool area just in case something was to happen. These people are amazing!!! This company is amazing!!! The ladies that came out to help us are amazing!!! Nothing absolutely nothing bad to say!! After being hit by a tropical storm last week, all of Kingwood Tx was having damage! We were so so surprised they were able to come out and see our roof so quickly and help us out!!! Anytime we need anything with our roof we will be calling them!! Fast, efficient and very kind! Also they really know what they're doing!! We thought we'd have to pay at least 5,000 but that wasn't he case. Tears of joy right now.. they just did some minor caulking and Poof! So thankful for this company!!!

We asked them to inspect our roof and give a second opinion after another company recommended a total replacement. They found that the roof was in good condition except for one area with damage. The damaged area they fixed for a very reasonable cost. by thoroughly inspecting they saved us the Cost of a new roof. in my opinion they are very ethical while a lot of contractors will try to convince you to spend a lot of money doing unnecessary work. I highly recommend Spartan Roofing if you are in the Kingwood area.

Spartan Roof Construction should be the only one you call. Insurance adjuster was easy, and Jason personally meeting with him only made that situation go smoother, mortgage company was a nightmare and dragged the process out for months. Major kudos to Stephanie in Spartans office for sticking with us and in many cases helping us out in dealing with our mortgage company. I would ONLY recommend Spartan for all your roofing needs. Jason, Ashley, and Stephanie are doing business right!

Wow I am blown away this is one company that knows how to treat customers and do right! The two ladies that came out took pictures of everything when they did inspection and showed what was wrong. Amazing and ethical!! As a woman it is sometimes hard to deal with construction/house type issues and feel comfortable during the negotiation. However Spartan Roof Co was to the point, answered all my questions and most importantly showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job! It's nice to have a local family owned company that cares about their community and puts ethics above profit!

I've never had to use a roofing company before, and I have to say that Spartan made the process painless. I contacted them and they were out and had the repairs done in a matter of days. Angie and Ashley stayed in contact through the whole process, and even sent pictures so I knew what was going on. It's great to have a local, female-owned company to support! The quote was very reasonable and the fact that use only high quality shingles and six nails per sheet is impressive. The owners themselves gave me the quote and one of them was on location the entire time the new roof was installed. Communication throughout the process was awesome. The entire team is great and if/when I buy another home, they will be my first call for a new roof!!
