Superior has performed repairs to existing roofs and also performed complete roof replacements for several of our rental properties (Commercial and residential). Their proposals (bids) are concise, complete and competitive. Superior has always performed well, staying on schedule and doing so without disrupting our tenants. Superior Roofing Systems is my “go-to” roofing co. for over 10 yrs for my RE clients and family’s roofing jobs. Taylor Jacks is my main contact and he works long hours-is responsible, knowledgeable, diligent and excellent in communicating each step of the job, including follow-up.I like that he provides a detailed quote. Let me tell you, finding an honest, reliable, good roofing company is not easy these days. So when you find one, you stick with them. Superior Roofing just recently replaced my 31 yr old tile roof, replaced 2 leaking skylights, siliconed a flat roof, etc. Their Team work hard even during this 90+ degree heatwave.

Had my roof replaced by Superior Roofing when we moved in. Taylor walked me through the process, coordinated the permits and install and made sure to follow up with me after everything was done. Superior was very efficient in the tear down and installation. Any additional repairs we explained ahead of time and made without a change in schedule. I recommended Superior to a friend, who also hired them for their roof replacement.

Taylor Jacks was very professional, communicative and on time. He was always available via text/phone call. He inspected the roofs on our multi-family buildings when he said he would, promptly gave us a fair quote w/ breakdown of costs, and his team completed the reroofing within the specified timeline. The work was permitted and passed inspections. The office staff was also helpful when I had questions. Highly recommend!

Searched around and got multiple estimates for a whole roof replacement, Superior Roofing Systems wasn't exactly the least expensive, but I felt the quality they offered was worth the little extra $$ it cost. Taylor Jacks was professional and friendly and the finished product is great nearly a year later. They also replaced some broken slats, and fixed a portion of my flat roof on my garage. Very happy with my roof.

Worked with Taylor to remove and replace the stoop/porch roof on our 1925 Spanish home. The roof was in pretty bad shape but Superior Roofing Systems made it look and work like new again! The tile on the roof was a particular size and difficult to find but they were able to source it for a great price. One of their crews led by junior showed up early and got right to work and they were super efficient and helped me understand the process, answering all my questions and concerns.. also worth noting, the crew was extremely courteous and clean around my plants and lawn. They took great care to treat the house very well, and when they left, the area was cleaner than it was when they arrived. Great experience!

The product is every bit as good as Dominick promised-- and Dominick and Bill were great to work with. The process was tidy and straightforward and quick. I put a roof on about 3 years prior-- it ALWAYS leaked! Total waste!! Thank goodness I found Dominick. We just had a dumping downpour and my leak problems are OVER! I used the Gaco system, and I HIGHLY recommend it (especially for a flat roof like mine). It comes w/ a TWENTY YEAR guarantee!!! But Dominick can do different systems-- whatever you desire I'm sure. Don't waste your time and money like I did. Buy the BEST roof-- and best roofer-- FIRST!

We had a leak in our roof right above our daughter's bed, and we were referred to Superior Roofing and couldn't be happier with the service. They were prompt, professional, and treated the problem as if it were one of their own homes. They knew there was an impending storm and made fixing our roof a priority. They gave us very detailed information and pictures of the issues on the roof. They showed up on time and completed in one day. Definitely worth the cost for the level of service provided. Highly recommend, especially if you have an urgent need.

I highly recommend Superior Roofing Systems. We needed to replace a roof and received quotes from multiple roofing companies. Superior was a standout for us as far as customer service and quality of work. I worked with Taylor and he was super responsive and communicative. He sent photos throughout the process and provided daily updates on the work. We were able to quickly schedule the repair and they worked every single day (including weekends) to get the work done. They far exceeded our expectations and we no longer have any roof leaks.

So much rain in Socal the last few weeks we found out our "new" 50 yr old home has a few roof leaks that weren't found during the inspection and the wavy tiles had started to sag away from the top. Chris responded in no time, came over and took a quick look at it and gave me an estimate before the afternoon was over. He even had a crew available to work on it over the next two days. They found three leaks along the valley and repaired the sagging tiles along the top. His guys were in and out, very professional and did an excellent job!

I was fortunate to have qualified for Long Beach's Roof Grant Program: a grant of up to $20K to replace my roof. I got 3 bids as instructed. Superior Roofing came in at the middle, so I chose them. Taylor and company were responsive and familiar with the paperwork needed for the grant. The replacement went smoothly, no surprises. But afterwards, there was discolored runoff coming from the new shingles, dripping onto my driveway and patio. When I notified Superior Roofing, they came by and scrubbed to roof. No more runoff!

We had our roof done, by Superior Roofing, in 2021. I wrote a review then, but now can't find it. But would love to say again that our experience was easy and wonderful. Our roof looks beautiful and we have had no leaks in the past 4 years. We are under lots of trees and recently Taylor sent out his crew to clean the roof. (Better to have Taylor's guys come out as they know how to best walk on the tiles.). The guys were great! The roof is clean and looks brand new again! Thank you Superior !!
