Amazing, local, family owned. Everyone at Texas Sun Roofing and Solar will treat you like family. They came out and inspected our roof after a storm. After a pretty thorough inspection, found some small things that we should consider. We were so relieved to not have had damage. Even though they didn't make any money off us... they treated us right. Could not recommend this company more. If you have questions or are unsure of the process, give them a call.
I have used Matt and Alexa for other projects going back 20 years. When this guy says yes to a project he means it, his communication skills are top notch. If I had questions he had answers (correct answers)! He finished in time while juggling many other jobs. He be came family very quick. This is a great company to take care of your roofing needs. At finished you will have a beautiful roof and new trusted friend!
We had the opportunity to work with Mat and Texas Sun Roofing here in the RGV. All I can say if that i was blown away by his professionalism and well just being an all around good dude. I don't review roofing companies lightly but people need to know what kinds of service are in their own back yard. Professional , easy to communicate ' and like I said just a good family owned company. I'd highly recommend them
Texas sun roofing is a 5 star company! The owner of the company, Matt. He goes above and beyond for his customers! After we had hail, he came out and gave a report on what he found after inspection. He Gave us great advice on what to do afterwards. Great quality work! We also had them come back and do our Christmas lights! Great family owned and operated company!
My experience with Matt was outstanding. His proposal was well articulated, as well as his pricing approach. Matt and team’s work was timely and well executed. Finally, Matt’s professionalism is so appreciated. He was always quick with a reply. Overall - fantastic!!
Matt has been great to work with. He kept us informed all through the project. I will definitely use him again for roofing or other projects around the house. He really cares about the customer and his prices are fair. Their work ethic and quality are great.
I reached out to Texas Sun to help my parents close on a house sale. They were out immediately with a timely report, with very reasonable estimate for some minor work to be done. We look forward to having them fix a few things when they close!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Texas Sun Roofing. We had extensive damage during a hailstorm and had never been through the home insurance process before. Matt was professional, thorough, transparent, and had excellent communication throughout the entire project. He handled multiple vendors, numerous days of work, and adapted easily when we had additional requests. What was most appreciated was his transparency and integrity throughout the process. I wouldn’t trust my roof to anyone else and the pictures speak for themselves!
